Mark brings more than 30 years of investment banking experience in the United States and Europe to his role at Eureka.
Mark joined Eureka in 2002 as a Managing Director and partner. He has advised on over 120 merger and acquisition transactions, financial restructurings, capital raisings, fairness opinions and valuations for private, public and Global 1000 companies across many industries. Mark also has extensive experience providing high-level advice to Boards of Directors.
Mark began his investment banking career at Lehman Brothers. Prior to Eureka, he was a Managing Director and Co-head of KPMG Corporate Finance LLC and a Managing Director in the Global Corporate Finance group at Arthur Andersen LLP. He previously was a Director and U.S. Co-Head of Corporate Finance at Kleinwort Benson Limited.
Mark has travelled extensively in the United States and abroad and currently lives in Riverside, Connecticut, with his wife Polly. He has two grown children, Sophie and Emma. Mark enjoys running, cycling and swimming, as well as the occasional game of golf or tennis.
