Leslie brings to Eureka more than 25 years of experience advising on transactions for publicly-traded and privately-held healthcare services companies.
During her career, Leslie has originated and executed mergers and acquisitions, financings and corporate restructuring advisory engagements for a variety of healthcare services, medical device and pharmaceutical companies.
Prior to joining Eureka, Leslie was a Director in Arthur Andersen’s Healthcare Corporate Finance practice and also a Principal of The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in London. She began her investment banking career with Bear Stearns’ Pharmaceutical Corporate Finance Team in New York.
Leslie splits her time between New York City and Miami. She enjoys long jogs along the High Line, gallery-hopping and, on occasion, a good bourbon.
