

Josh brings more than 20 years of valuation experience to his role at Eureka.
Josh specializes in advising public and closely-held businesses on valuing debt and equity instruments, derivatives, intangible assets, earnouts, asset impairment, as well as fairness/ solvency opinions. Josh’s clients range from early-stage to Fortune 500 companies, and the projects span multiple business sectors and industries, including manufacturing, business and professional services, distribution, warehouse, technology, software, retail, and consumer products.
His responsibilities include financial and SEC reporting, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, tax planning, 409A compliance, ESOPs, estate and gift, buy/sell, family law, litigation and disputes, restructuring and bankruptcy.
Prior to joining Eureka, Josh was a managing director at BCC Capital Partners as head of their valuation and fairness opinion practice. Previously, he was vice president at Strategic Equity Group, where he managed numerous valuation engagements. Josh began his professional career at State Street Bank & Trust in custodial banking and Goldman Sachs & Co in the private client services group.
Josh is originally from Connecticut and now lives in North County, San Diego, with his wife and two boys. He enjoys saltwater fishing, surfing, paddle boarding and boating on the Pacific Ocean.
