Lana brings over 20 years of investment banking experience to her role at Eureka, and also serves as Eureka’s Chief Financial Officer.
Lana has advised a broad range of public and private clients on sales, mergers, acquisitions, ESOP buyouts, financial restructurings and debt financings.
Lana has worked with companies in the aerospace & defense, metals, building products, chemicals, diversified manufacturing, business services and healthcare services industries, among others.
Prior to joining Eureka, Lana was a Vice President with KPMG Corporate Finance, LLC in New York. Her investment banking career includes Associate positions with JP Morgan and PricewaterhouseCoopers Securities, both in New York. Lana began her career as a program coordinator for the U.S. & Foreign Commercial Service at the U.S. Embassy in Moscow, Russia.
Lana lives in Manhattan with her twin boys Max and Jacob. Lana enjoys hiking, domestic and international travel, as well as contemporary art and theatre.
