

Bruce brings more than 30 years of investment banking experience to his role at Eureka.
Bruce has represented private, public, and Fortune 500 companies, and Boards of Directors, on over 125 domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and fairness opinions. His work has spanned a number of industries, including manufacturing, building products, specialty materials, industrial technology, consumer products, and business services.
Prior to joining Eureka, Bruce spent 10 years as a Managing Director at KPMG Corporate Finance. Previously, he was a Managing Director at Andersen Corporate Finance and was a Group Vice President and Co-Head of the U.S. Mergers & Acquisitions Group at BNP Paribas. He began his career at TIAA/CREF.
Bruce lives in Midtown Manhattan with his wife Laura. He enjoys cooking, good wine and movies, and can generally be found on the weekends at the gym or in a yoga class. Bruce has two grown children, Grace and Henry.
